Who You Are
You’re someone who brings professionalism, warmth, and structure to everything you do. You enjoy working in a dynamic office environment and you’re confident handling a variety of tasks with accuracy and care.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has completed high school (post-secondary education is preferred)
- Brings 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in property management or customer service
- Communicates clearly, manages time well, and knows how to create a positive experience for everyone they interact with
What You’ll Do
Every day will be a mix of communication, coordination, and action. You will:
- Look after assigned portfolio of properties
- Work closely with Condominium Manager(s) on daily tasks supporting the residents
- Keep the Office Manager updated and supported on daily operations
- Manage incoming emails, correspondence, and calls, responding within 24 hours
- Prepare outgoing mail and receive packages at the office
- Draft, and organize documents for residents, owners, boards, trades, and managers
- Maintain filing systems, databases, service agreements, and contractor records
- Support fee collection and report outstanding charges
- Assist with event planning and preparing various meeting packages
- Coordinate access for trades and ensure proper handling of keys for units and common areas
You’ll be the person who ensures everything, and everyone, stays on track.
