Duka Property Management Inc. Acquires Whitestone

May 2014 – Duka Property Management Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Whitestone Property Management Limited.

This acquisition brings together two prominent property management firms with common values; customer service excellence and integrity. Combining Whitestone’s scale and capability with Duka’s ambition, reputation and work ethic makes for a wider reaching and more competitive property management firm.

Whitestone Property Management Limited was first created by Lanterra Developments Ltd., as an in-house property management company. When it was acquired it was the most renowned development/management company in Ontario.

As with any opportunity, acquiring Whitestone required much consideration. Nevertheless, it proved a wise business decision as it positioned Duka at the forefront of the property management industry.
