Duka News and Updates Q4 2025

Winter is upon us. We trust you have your snow tires on, snow brushes and emergency kits, including a spare bottle of windshield fluid in your vehicles.

We are pleased to report that Duka is continuing to grow both in Toronto and in British Columbia.  We are expanding into new areas of the city and have the honour of working with some lovely sites.

Since August, Duka has renewed twenty contracts with our existing clients, been awarded three new contracts from buildings across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario, and opened eight brand new communities.

Each of these communities has its own story, and we’d love to share them with you, explore our newest buildings and see what makes them stand out.

Forest Hill

Blue Diamond is an exquisite condominium in the heart of Forest Hill, overlooking the escarpment and offering amazing views from every unit.  Built by Camrost Felcorp and registered in 2022.  This high-rise condominium has 28 floors and 258 suites.  The main intersection is Avenue Road and St. Clair.

Downtown

Pure Spirit is a beautiful condominium in the heart of the Distillery District.  Built by CityScape in 2009, this 33-storey building has 380 suites.  The main intersection is Parliament and Mill Street.  Pure Spirit was one of the first condominiums to be built as part of the Distillery District and has a complex shared agreement with the community.  This unique property has both loft and single-storey suites.

Midtown

2221 Yonge Condominium is a luxury condominium registered in 2021 by Tower Hill Developments, with 58 residential stories and 604 suites, located at Yonge and Eglinton.

Artist Alley – Now known as TSCC 3145 – 581 luxury suites located in the heart of downtown near the intersection of University Ave and Dundas St W in Toronto’s Grange Park area. The buildings have a unique architecture that enhances the community built by Lanterra Developments.

Toronto West

House of Assembly – Now known as TSCC 3146  – Built by Marlin Spring and the first of three condominium buildings in a master-planned community.  Just a stone’s throw from The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA).  256 beautifully designed units.

Richmond Hill

Ivy Lea Towns Phase I and IV – Now known as YRCECC 1587 –  151 exquisite towns built by Marlin Spring, 19th line and highway 404.

Ivy Lea Towns Phase III  – Now known as YRCECC 1589  –  30 exquisite towns built by Marlin Spring, 19th line and highway 404.

Mississauga

SQ1  – Now known as PCC 1197 – Brand new development by the Daniels Group, 539 new condominium units located in the heart of Square One.

Scarborough

Vic Towns  – Now known as TSCC 3137 – Stacked townhomes providing housing to 147 homeowners and their families,  Vic Towns was developed by Soltex Group.  The Towns are near Eglinton Ave and Victoria Park Ave, in North York’s Victoria Village neighbourhood.

Fergus

Sunrise Grove – Now known as WSCC 304 – Stacked townhomes providing housing to 112 homeowners and their families, these Urban Townhomes give you a small town vibes with urban perks built by Reids Heritage Homes.

New Developments Occupying
Kitchener

Lackner Ridge Phase III – Westvale is the newest residential condo building with 118 suites, to be welcomed into the Lackner Ridge Phased Condominium.  Built by Reids Heritage Homes, this master planned development is a mix of multiple low-rise buildings and townhomes, creating a neighbourhood and a community.
