Duka News and Updates Q1 2026

The new year is officially underway, and while winter still has us in its grip, there’s already talk of spring around the corner — at least according to the groundhog’s prediction. Whether he’s right or not, longer days and fresh opportunities are ahead. In the meantime, we hope we’re all staying safe, warm, and well-equipped for the season.

February also brings a little extra warmth with Valentine’s Day, a great reminder that community, appreciation, and small acts of care make a big difference in the places we live and work every day.

We’re excited to share that Duka continues to grow and strengthen its presence across Toronto and British Columbia. Our footprint is expanding into new pockets of the city, and we’ve had the privilege of partnering with some truly outstanding communities.

Each of these communities has its own story, and we’d love to share them with you, explore our newest buildings and see what makes them stand out.
